Stage 1: Foundation

Stage 1 introduces you to a deep, wordless awareness that remains calm and steady regardless of external circumstances. This is not emotional numbness or emptiness, but a quiet sense of fulfillment and grounded presence that does not depend on outcomes, achievements, or external validation. This stage builds the foundation for lasting inner stability.

Who It’s For

Designed for individuals with little or no experience in meditation or coaching who want a clear and structured starting point. It is also for those who have explored spiritual practices, attended workshops, read books, or tried different methods — yet still feel something is missing. If you have gained insight but struggle to translate it into lived experience or consistent inner peace, this stage provides clarity and direction.

Structure

  • Initial consultation (20–30 minutes):
    A focused conversation to assess your current state, challenges, and intentions. We identify where you are, what may be blocking progress, and define a clear direction for the process.
  • Personalised process:
    You receive clear, practical guidance tailored to your situation. The emphasis is on expanding awareness in a grounded way and integrating stillness into daily activities — not only during formal practice.
  • 3–5 individual sessions:
    Structured one-on-one sessions that progressively deepen your experience of stillness and help remove internal obstacles that disrupt stability.
  • 1:1 stillness check-in calls:
    Short support calls between sessions to help stabilise the experience, clarify doubts, and ensure integration into everyday life.

The focus is not only on accessing stillness during sessions, but on stabilising it so that it becomes a natural background to your daily functioning.
