Happiness Training – Stage 2
Stage 2 is a structured, spiritually oriented training designed to deepen inner stillness and fully integrate it into everyday life. It uses the metaphor of a “software upgrade” for consciousness and is intended for individuals seeking a direct, experiential shift toward greater calm, clarity, and sustained happiness.
What the Method Is About
The brain can be understood as a “hardware + software” system. The hardware represents the physical brain. The software represents the patterns through which you perceive yourself, others, and the world.
Many personal struggles arise not from external circumstances, but from operating with outdated mental and emotional programs.
This training facilitates a fundamental internal shift — beyond what typical meditation, therapy, or coaching often provide. Rather than working gradually on surface-level behaviors, it addresses the underlying perceptual framework. Participants can experience a significant shift within a single day and learn how to stabilise and carry this upgraded state into daily life. The method is accessible to everyone, not only experienced meditators.
Format
The full training lasts approximately 10 hours and can be completed in one full day or divided across two days.
Objectives
Eligibility and Progression
Participants who are not yet ready for Stage 2 will begin with Stage 1. This foundational stage helps establish access to inner peace, stabilise awareness, and release core limiting patterns. Depending on the individual’s starting point and level of engagement, most participants become eligible for stage 2 readiness within 1–2 months.

After the one-day training, you will receive ongoing support to help ensure you reach your objectives.
Within three months of completing the training, additional personal coaching sessions are available for those who require individual support beyond the group setting. Ongoing guidance ensures that the transformation is not temporary, but integrated and sustainable.
